There is a delivery charge per trip. We usually suggest our guests to send their grocery list at least one week in advance.

You will never come short when talking about activities to choose from at Valle de Bravo. The lake has become one of the main attractions in town, where people practice sailing and water ski mainly. Hiking and horseback riding around are also very popular among visitors in this zone, mainly because there are several hill tops offering unparalleled views.

One of the experiences that Valle de Bravo visitors enjoy the most is our “Total Relaxation” program, including all kinds of in-villa SPA services.

A villa can be taken care of in advance, kitchen deep cleaning and housekeeping service prior to your arrival. At departure, VB Rentals Concierge can make the necessary arrangements to clean up your property again.

Preparation at guests’ arrival and departure are a key part of the whole experience; that is why our concierge offers you these 3 types of cleaning services.

VB Rentals concierge will present you with a final balance at the end of your stay, including grocery tickets, housekeeping charges, staff extra hours, activities and transfers.

A 15% coordination fee will be considered.

VB Rentals concierge ultimate goal is providing services that go beyond our guests expectations. In order to achieve this, we have outlined the following procedures:

1. Mandatory check-in prior to arrival
   • Option 1:
     VB Rentals concierge opens an account for you to send your payment prior to your arrival (a final balance will be presented at the end of our guest’s stay)
   • Option 2:
     With your credit card information, a master account will be opened for every stay or event (all charges regarding your stay will go to this account. We take VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.)
2. You must fill out the credit card form and e-mail it back prior to your arrival. Please include:
   • Arrival and departure information
   • Staff requirements
   • Tours and activities reservations
   • Special requirements
   • Grocery list
